Mullin Design are a long-established design company based in the Lake District. They specialise in both print and digital media and create a large number of holiday brochures for a range of clients.

After a few problematic years they have replaced their Lockside "Catalog 'N' Time" [sic] system with Matrix's entry level catalogue production tool, Babelfish.

Babelfish will be used for a variety of holiday brochures of varying complexity and style. Many of the brochures will have their own web interface, developed in house, to allow the proprietor of the hotel or cottage to edit their property details themselves.

Mullin Design's managing director, Ronnie Mullin is delighted with the system. "Using Babelfish has helped us create our catalogues and holiday guides with greater efficiency." Once the data has been collated, page production in QuarkXPress takes around 10-15 seconds per page.
