To open an existing Retrieva catalogue, choose Open Catalogue from the File menu.

You can also use the keyboard shortcut Command O.

Retrieva will then ask you to choose a catalogue. Once you have chosen the catalogue, the currently opened catalogue (if there is one) will close, and the new catalogue will open.
