The Users section of the Retrieva preferences window is split into three vertical sections. The center section is concerned with administering users.

Here you will find the controls for importing and exporting users.

To import a previously saved Retrieva Users file, click the Import Users button. You will be asked to select the saved users file and then Retrieva will import the list of users.

For security reasons users names are not stored in this file, so after importing the list of users into Retrieva, all users will have a blank password.
