Clicking the 'Web Server' tab in the Retrieva Preferences allows you to modify the Retrieva Web Server settings.

To publish Retrieva on the Web you must enter the IP address of the machine running Retrieva, along with the port number to be used.

You also need to point the Web Root to the folder 'WebFolder' in your Retrieva folder, ensure that 'Publish Web Server at Startup' is ticked and assign the Error, Logon and Registration pages. These should be done automatically when you first run Retrieva.

There are also options to allow SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connections and to set the Purge Time. The Purge Time allows you to specify how often Retrieva should clear it's web cache. It is suggested that this should be set between 30 and 60 minutes unless you have a particularly high amount of web traffic.
