The information stored under the Personal Details tab is mainly personal information such as name, address, password etc. This will typically be entered by the user in the browser on registering.

There is also a Maximum Download field, for the administrator to specify the maximum size of files that the user can download from Retrieva, and a list of the categories of files held within Retrieva.

To grant a user access to files you simply tick the relevant categories by clicking them in the list. This allows you to restrict a user's access to only the files specified by the administrator.
