Retrieva's movie controller appears in the Media View whenever a media file has some sort of frame based animated content.

This means that movies (MPEG, QuickTime .mov movies etc) as well as Shockwave Flash and GIF animations can be viewed with Retrieva.

Retrieva's movie controller is also used to play sound and music files such as MP3, AIFF or WAV's.

The controller is a familiar QuickTime movie controller with buttons for rewind, fast forward, pause, play, volume adjustment and skipping to any point in the file.
