Previous versions of a file are shown in the Versions panel.

When you re-import a file, Retrieva will check the file modification date to see if it has changed since it was last imported.

If the file modification date has changed then Retrieva will store a preview of the last version of the file, along with the last modification date, and re-import the new version.

This provides a handy version history so you can see the changes that have been made to a document.

This is especially useful for images so that you can see the alterations made to an image over time.
