To export copies of media from Retrieva to a local or network drive click the Export button. This will export a copy of each item currently displayed in the thumbnail grid.

You will be prompted to select the folder to export to and then if you are exporting images you will be presented with the 'Image Modifications' screen. Here you can set the format that you wish the images to be exported as, along with sizing options, image resolution and crop and rotation settings.
